Swap and Save


Small changes can make a big difference. If you feel you need to cut back on what you eat, try some of the following ‘healthier swaps’.

Breakfast:
Try to go for the healthier option most days a week. If you can’t resist a ‘Full Irish’ breakfast, keep for a treat at the weekend. See how many calories and how much fat that you can save by switching to the healthier option!
