Physical activity is a great social outlet and a good way to get to know and interact with new colleagues and friends.

Some of the most popular activities that are suitable for the workplaces are:

Astro Soccer Leagues Pilate classes
Tag Rugby Leagues Walking Clubs
Yoga

If you have a particular interest in sport, why not visit The Sports Council of Ireland website (see our useful links section), where you will find contact details of National Governing Bodies for lots of different types of sports.

Alternatively, the Get Active.ie website (also in our useful links section) will also direct you to physical activity resources in your area and give you some ideas of new activites to try.
