Wellbeing fair on Workplace Wellbeing day consisting of:

Staff desk with details and brocures regarding our policies. Also mental health, stress and stop smoking brocures and also offer BMI Testing.

Bike to Work Scheme stall with bike company onsite with details of the service and Bikes/Equipment on show

Our Company Medical stall - doctor will be onsite to give adivce on womans and mens health issues and a range of other topics.

We will also have Booth pharmacy onsite to do blood pressure testing and health checks. they will have a quit smoking session of staff.

We will also have a health, nutrition and fitness talk onsite for staff

We will then ahave a meditation session the afternoon to help staff relax and unwind, we will also be offering a range of herbal tea to help staff relax during and after the session.
