Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

We will be participating in The Lunchtime Mile. Staff from Servisource offices in Dundalk, Galway, Cork and Dublin will be out walking ay lunchtime. We will also have draw where we will be raffling off two weekend tickets to Wellfest (Ireland's only health, fitness and welness festival). 

Current/previous activities

We have previosuly taken part in Workplace Wellbeing Day. 

We also took part in the 28 Day Challenge. The aim of this challenge was to integrate simple, healthy behaviours into employees daily routines and promoting a healthy workforce. It was a team based challenge (teams of 3) and you scored points based on the amount of daily & weekly targets you hit. Members of the winning team got to take home a MisFit Flash which monitors physical activity and sleep.
