Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

Here in Spafiled we are planning to have a staff walk at lunch time around the town followed by a healthy lunch, as we cant all go together we will run the walks from 12 - 2 so every1 can avail of the well being Day. Also as some staff are on leave on Friday the 31st we will hold our well being day on Wednesday 29th March to accomodate all staff.

Current/previous activities

We promote healthy eating within our centre with staff often bringing in homemade breads for break times. Since Jnaury 2017 we have all engaged in a healthy eating lifestyle with many staff joining Unislim which operates in the centre every Wednesday morning and evening.
