Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

  • “The Biggest Loser” – This programme carries the same concept as Operation Transformation. Staff have a weekly weight in and offer each other help and support through their "Biggest Loser Whatsapp page" This is the 3rd week for this programme and it will continue until the end of April.
  • Healthy meals options will be provided to our staff on the day. They will receive information on all meals cooked for them with nutritional information provided with each meal.
  • Aqua Aerobics Class for staff at 1.00pm. All staff will be invited to attend this session.
  • Stability Circuit Ball Class for staff at 4.30pm – all staff will also be invited to attend this session.

Current/previous activities

  • Talbot Hotel Wexford offer all our staff the "Bike to Work Scheme"
  • All Staff have free membership to our Quay Lesiure Club here in the hotel.
  • "The Biggest Loser" - we are currently running the Biggest Loser Programme where staff are invited to particapate in a fun and supportive healty weight lose programme. The programme runs for a period of 8 weeks.
