Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

Nothing at the moment as we are busy recruiting for the season.

Current/previous activities

We are planning a smoking survey so that we can target Company sponsored support if individuals are wanting to try to kick the habit.

We are thinking about doing a wellbeing event, with a series of stands on such things as smoking/ Stress busting/ Healthy Eating and Exercise/ Free Blood Pressure, weight and glucose checks etc.

We have a canteen which provides a range of healthy food.

We participate in the bike to work scheme.

A number of our employees go individually or in groups to walk the beach or the service road at break times.
