“Hurl Smart” is a joint initiative between the Nutrition and Health Foundation (NHF) and the Camogie Association that will run in various locations across the country in 2015 from 1st to the 7th of July 2015. Its mission is to show the children and parents of Ireland how to get moving in a fun way, with their communities and make the choice for a healthier more active lifestyle. During this week, a number of programmes and activities will take place nationwide through the Camogie Association’s clubs.
This is the fourth year of this initiative. Run a 'Hurl Smart Week’ in your club and be in with a chance to bring your club Camogie Under 12 team to Croke Park in July! Just register your club’s interest, run a Hurl Smart Week and submit a report on your events and you could be in with a chance to play in Croke Park.
